Overview
The Service Transactions Statement feature allows you to export a record of your organization’s service transactions directly from the Lendsqr Admin Console. The statement can be downloaded in either Excel (.xlsx) or CSV (.csv) format, making it easy to reconcile transactions, generate reports, perform audits, or share records with other teams.
Unlike the previous export functionality, which was limited to the 50 most recent transactions, you can now export historical service transaction data for a custom date range of up to one year.
When to use this feature
You can export a service transactions statement when you need to:
- Reconcile service transactions with your financial records.
- Generate operational or management reports.
- Review historical transaction activity.
- Share transaction records with internal teams or external auditors.
- Analyze service transaction trends over a specific period.
Before you begin
Before exporting a service transactions statement, ensure that:
- You have access to the Lendsqr Admin Console.
- You know the date range for the transactions you want to export.
How to export a Service Transactions statement
Step 1: Log in to the Admin Console
Sign in to your Lendsqr Admin Console using your administrator credentials.
Step 2: Navigate to Service Transactions
From the left navigation menu, select Transactions Management, then click Service Transactions.
This page displays all service transactions processed within your organization.
Step 3: Open the Export Menu
Click Export in the top-right corner of the page.
From the available options, select Export Statement.

Step 4: Select the Date Range
An export window will appear.
Choose the Start Date and End Date for the transaction statement you want to generate.
The selected date range determines which transactions will be included in the exported statement.
Step 5: Choose an Export Format
Once you’ve selected your preferred date range, choose how you want to download the statement:
- Export Excel to download the statement as an Excel (.xlsx) file.
- Export CSV to download the statement as a CSV (.csv) file.
The system will generate your statement and automatically download it to your device.

Export Formats
Lendsqr supports two export formats:
| Format | Best for |
|---|---|
| Excel (.xlsx) | Viewing, filtering, reporting, and working with transaction data in spreadsheet applications. |
| CSV (.csv) | Importing transaction data into third-party systems or performing custom data analysis. |
Tips
- You can export transaction records for any custom date range within the supported one-year period.
- For large exports, an email containing the file will be sent to yoo.
- If you’re preparing reports for finance or operations teams, Excel is generally the recommended format because it supports filtering, sorting, and formatting out of the box.
