A lender’s collections officer gets a call from a borrower who insists their loan repayment was deducted from their account but has not been recorded. The officer needs to pull up the borrower’s profile, check the transaction history for recent activity, and confirm whether the payment came through, all without leaving the admin console.
This is one of the most common tasks on the Lendsqr admin console. Whether you are investigating a payment dispute, confirming that a disbursement reached a borrower’s account, verifying bank details before a manual payout, or simply reviewing a customer’s financial activity on your platform, the Transactions and Bank Details sections of a user’s profile give you everything you need. This article explains what each section contains, what the data means, and how to navigate to both from a user’s profile page.
Why lenders use transaction and bank detail views
Having direct access to a borrower’s transaction history and bank account details is essential for day-to-day lending operations. Lenders use these screens for a range of tasks, including:
- Confirming loan disbursement: After approving a loan, a lender can verify that the disbursement transaction appears in the user’s history with a successful status before closing the case.
- Investigating failed repayments: When a borrower reports a payment that did not reflect, support staff can check the transaction list for the date in question, open the detail view, and confirm whether the transaction failed, is pending, or was processed under a different reference.
Because both sections are accessed directly from the user’s profile, lenders can move between viewing a borrower’s personal details, loan history, transactions, and bank accounts without navigating away from the profile.
Getting to a user’s profile
Both the Transactions tab and the Bank Details tab live inside an individual user’s profile on the Lendsqr admin console. To access them:
- Log in to the Lendsqr admin console.
- Navigate to the Customers section under “Customer Management” from the left panel.
- Search for or locate the user whose information you want to review.
- Click on the user’s name to open their profile page.
From the profile page, you will see a set of tabs. The sections covered in this article are Transactions and Bank Details.
Viewing a user’s transactions
The “Transactions” tab displays a record of all financial activity associated with the user on your Lendsqr platform. This includes loan disbursements, repayments, wallet credits, withdrawals, and any other transaction types your platform processes.
How to access the transactions tab
- From the user’s profile page, click on the “Transactions” tab.
- A list of the user’s transactions will appear. Each row shows a summary of the transaction.
- Click on any transaction in the list to open its detail view.

Transaction Information
When you open a transaction, the Transaction Information panel shows the core details of that specific transaction. These include:
- Transaction ID: a unique identifier for the transaction, used when tracing payments with a payment processor or bank.
- Amount: the value of the transaction in the borrower’s local currency.
- Transaction type: whether this is a disbursement, repayment, wallet credit, withdrawal, fee, etc.
- Transaction date: when the transaction was initiated and/or completed.
- Status: whether the transaction is successful, pending, or failed.

Viewing a user’s bank details
The Bank Details tab shows the financial account information that the user has registered on your platform. Lenders use this section to confirm the account a borrower has linked for disbursements or repayments, and to verify account details before processing manual transactions.
How to access the bank details tab
- From the user’s profile page, click on the “Bank Details” tab.
- The user’s registered bank account information will be displayed.

What the bank details tab shows
The Bank Details tab displays the following information:
- Account name: the name on the bank account as verified by the bank
- Account number: the borrower’s bank account number
- Bank name: the financial institution where the account is held
- Virtual account information: this includes the details of the virtual account automatically created for the borrower, such as the account name, account number, and bank name.
These bank details are strictly read-only.
Availability
The Transactions and Bank Details tabs are available to all lenders on Lendsqr regardless of the country they operate in.
