Your users profile page can be located by following the steps below:
- On your Lendsqr admin console side navigation, navigate to the “Customers” sub-tab under the “Customer Management” tab in the Customers section.
- Admin can “Filter”;
- Phone number
- BVN
- Status
- Click on “Filter“


- Filtering using email, BVN or Phone number takes you directly to that user’s profile.
- Filtering by “Status” – has two options; active and inactive. Selecting active provides a list of all active users on the platform while inactive provides a list of all inactive users.
