Deleting your organisation’s account

Deleting your organisation’s Developer API access is permanent and cannot be reversed. Before you proceed, make sure you meet the following conditions:
You must be the super admin of the organisation’s account.
The balance in your service wallet must be less than ₦5,000, or its equivalent in another currency.
If you meet these conditions and want to proceed, or if you need to delete your account without meeting them, email [email protected] from the address registered as super admin. Our team will confirm your identity and process the deletion.
