As a lender, you have the freedom to delete your organization on the Lendsqr admin console whenever you choose.
Before you proceed to delete your account, please note that this is permanent and cannot be reversed.

Use the following steps to delete your organization:

1. Log into the Lendsqr admin console
2. Navigate to settings icon

3. Click on ‘Profile’

4. Click on ‘Delete Organization’

5. Enter your Organization name and click “Yes, Delete Organization”to confirm the deletion of your organization 

6. If you have not set up your 2FA, you will be directed to set this up.

7. Enter the Authentication code generated by the authenticator application

8. Your account will be successfully deleted.

To successfully delete your account, please ensure that you meet the following conditions:

• You must be the super admin of the organization account.
• Your organization account should have fewer than 10 customers.
• The balance in your disbursement account must be less than 1,000 naira or its equivalent in another currency.
• The balance in your service account must be less than 5,000 naira or its equivalent in another currency.
• You should not have any active loans.
