Why is the image of my user’s BVN empty?

You may see an empty BVN image if the BVN has no image linked to it by the issuing bank. This usually happens with older BVNs or users who skipped photo capture during registration.

Another reason could be a poor internet connection on your end, causing the image not to load. Try refreshing the page or switching to a more stable network.

Let’s say you’re reviewing a loan request and want to confirm the borrower’s identity using their BVN photo. If the image doesn’t load, you might delay disbursement or misjudge the verification status.
