To activate a previously deactivated Customer, you can follow the following steps. This is useful because in the instance of a customer that was deactivated due to inactivity, or other issues that may warrant deactivation, you are able to quickly reactivate them in no time if you choose to.
Step-by-Step Guide
1. Log in to the Lendsqr admin console
2. Navigate to the customer tab under Customer management
3. Select the user within the Customer module
4. Click the three dots dropdown menu.
5. Click on the Activate Customer option.
