Your apps can be invisible on the Google Play Store due to two main factors. They are device compatibility issues, and geographic restrictions.
- If your users are in a different country than where the app was released, they may not find it in the store. This is because apps are available only in specific countries based on licensing rules and regulations. Additionally, users with Google Play accounts linked to another country might not see your app.
- If a user’s phone does not meet the app’s minimum requirement of Android 9.0, it will not appear in search results. Since compatibility depends on the Android version, devices below this threshold cannot display the app.
