What happens when my subscription is due for renewal?

Once you upgrade to a paid plan, the subscription renewal process becomes automated. This ensures your subscription continues without interruption.

When your subscription is due for renewal, the system automatically attempts to renew it by deducting the required fee from your Prepaid Service balance. If your balance doesn’t cover the full amount, your account will reflect a negative balance for the outstanding fee.

You can cancel your subscription at any time before it renews. If you cancel, your account will remain on the paid plan until the current billing period ends. After that, the system will downgrade your account to the free plan, and you’ll lose access to all premium features and benefits.

If you take no action and your balance is insufficient, your account enters a negative balance until payment is made.

At any point, you can upgrade your plan to access more features and benefits that suit your needs.
