To verify whether a user’s bank mandate is active or pending, follow these steps on the Lendsqr Admin Console:

  1. Log in with your admin credentials.
  2. Click “Users” under the “Customer” section in the left-hand menu.
  3. Search for the user by name, phone number, or email.
  4. Open their profile and click on “Bank Details.”
  5. Scroll to the bottom of the page to view their existing mandates.

Each item has a colour indicator:

  • Green indicates that the bank mandate is active.
  • Yellow means the mandate is still pending and not yet confirmed.

This helps you quickly identify whether a user is fully set up for direct debit repayments.
