After a user has signed/created their Direct debit mandate, you can find the mandate on the user’s profile.
Use the steps outlined below to locate a user’s direct debit mandate:
- On the Lendsqr admin console menu, click on Customers and filter to find a specific customer you wish to view their mandate details
- From the user’s profile, select Bank details from the profile menu.
- Just below the user’s bank and card details, you will find the Direct debit mandate details of this user showing the mandate ID, start date and end date.
