On your platform, a failed loan request means the user was deemed ineligible due to various reasons and the system declined the request.
The reason(s) are visible to you on the Lendsqr admin console whenever you check the decision data for the request.
You can view a customer’s failed loan requests by following the steps below:
1. Navigate to “Customers” under the “Customer Management” tab. Click on the particular customer you want to view, or filter them. After which, click on the “Loans” tab and you would be able to see all statuses including failed ones.
