Loan channels

Lendsqr offers a variety of flexible loan channels designed to support different customer engagement scenarios, giving lenders more control over how loans are originated and disbursed. Each channel serves a unique purpose, depending on the customer journey and the level of automation or manual intervention required.

Manual Loan Booking is ideal for scenarios where a loan needs to be created directly from the admin console, especially in offline or assisted lending situations. For example, a customer walks into a physical branch or calls customer service, and due to network issues or inability to use the app, they are unable to complete their loan application. In such cases, the admin can log in to the Lendsqr admin console, input the required details (loan amount, duration, interest rate, etc.), and manually book the loan for the customer, ensuring quick disbursement without relying on the self-service portal.

External Loan Invites are useful for proactive outreach. Lenders can send personalized loan offers to potential or returning borrowers via email or SMS. For instance, if a lender wants to target customers who recently repaid their last loan, they can create a tailored offer, perhaps with better terms or higher limits, and send it as a direct invite. The customer clicks the link in the message to view and accept the offer, making the process smooth and targeted. Learn more here.

Magic Links, on the other hand, offer an open-access route to loan products. These are unique URLs that can be shared broadly, allowing anyone with the link to apply for a predefined loan offer. For example, a lender could create a payday loan campaign and distribute the magic link on their website or via WhatsApp. Anyone who clicks the link is taken directly to the loan application flow without needing a prior invite, making it a powerful tool for broad customer acquisition.

Each of these loan channels serves a strategic purpose, helping lenders reach customers in multiple ways, whether through direct assistance, personalized targeting, or mass outreach.
