Introduction
As a borrower, you might sometimes change your mind after applying for a refinancing option on your loan. This could be due to updated financial circumstances, a change in decision, or simply realizing that refinancing is no longer needed. In such cases, the Lendsqr platform allows you to easily cancel refinance requests directly from the lender web app.
Steps to cancel a refinance request
1. Navigate to the loan: Log into the lender web app and go to the loan that has the active refinance request.
2. Click on the refinance requests tab: On the loan details page, select the Refinance Requests tab.
3. Select the refinance request: From the list of requests, click on the one you wish to cancel.
4. Confirm cancellation: A cancel request modal will pop up. Review the details, provide a reason for canceling, and click the Cancel Request button.
5. Receive confirmation: A success message will appear, confirming that your refinance request has been successfully canceled.
