For instance, if a borrower either didn’t meet your acceptance criteria, had a low credit score, or even had more than one running loan, you will be able to pinpoint exactly why the loan failed. 1. Log into the Lendsqr Admin console
2. Search for the user or filter for the user within Users menu
3. Select the Loans tab on the user’s page
4. Select the loan request in question to view the loan details.
5. Scroll down to view the Decision Data card of the loan request and how it failed.
