Loci is an Oraculi module for using velocity or local data to make decisions. Unlike other type of data, Loci is 100% confined to the data that the lender has generated. 

Use cases for Loci include count of time a borrower has made loan request in the last 1 hour, for example. Or it could be used for enumerating the type of devices they have made the specific loan request from.
