Checking For a User’s Savings

An admin can view a user’s savings and the details of the savings from the Lendsqr admin console. To view a user’s savings, there are two ways to do this.

1. Checking a user’s savings from the savings page

  • Navigate to the “Savings” tab under the Customers section.
  • On the savings page, click on “Filter“ and filter for the user using their phone number, email BVN, etc.
  • Click on the returned user’s record that you wish to view.
  • This will redirect you to the user’s savings details page.

2. Checking a user’s savings from the user’s page

  • Navigate to the “Customers” sub-tab under the “Customer Management” tab in the Customers section of the side navigation
  • On the customer’s page, click on “Filter“ and filter for the user using their phone number, email BVN, etc.
  • Click on the returned user’s record that you wish to view.
  • This will redirect you to the user’s details page.
  • If the user has any savings, there will be a savings tab under their profile card. Click on the savings tab.
  • This will show you the list of all the savings plans the user has ever created.
  • Click on the savings plan row that you wish to view.
  • This will redirect you to the savings details page.
