As an API user, you have the freedom to delete your organisation on the Adjutor application whenever you choose.

Before you proceed to delete your account, please note that this is permanent and cannot be reversed. Use the following steps to delete your organisation.
Step-by-Step Guide
- Log into the Adjutor web app
- Navigate to settings icon
- Click on ‘Profile’
- Click on ‘Delete Organisation’
- Enter your Organisation name and click “Yes, Delete Organisation” to confirm the deletion of your organisation
- If you have not set up your 2FA, you will be directed to set this up.
- Enter the Authentication code generated by the authenticator application
- Your account will be successfully deleted.
To successfully delete your account, please ensure that you meet the following conditions:
- You must be the super admin of the organisation account.
- The balance in your service account must be less than 5,000 naira or its equivalent in another currency.
