A user is a person who has downloaded and completed the registration process on your application.
There are two types of user statuses. A color code indicating the status of a user is displayed on the ‘Users’ page.
| ACTIVE | These are users who have successfully registered on your application. | Green |
| INACTIVE | These are users who initiated the registration process but are yet to complete it. You as a lender/organization can also deactivate a user | Grey |
