A user’s profile page can be located by following the steps below:

1. On your Lendsqr admin console side navigation, navigate to the “Customers’ sub-tab under the “Customer Management” tab in the Customers section.
2. Admin can ‘Filter by’;
   • Email
   • Phone number
   • BVN
   • Status
3. Click on ‘Filter’

• Filtering using email, BVN or Phone number takes you directly to that user’s profile.
• Filtering by Status – has two options; active and inactive. Selecting active provides a list of all active users on the platform while inactive provides a list of all inactive users.
