How to View Users Loans

1. Filter for the desired customer on the “Customer‘ sub-tab under the “Customer management” tab in the Lendsqr admin console. 
2. On the customer’s profile, navigate to the ‘Loans” tab which gives a view of the user’s loan application history – due date, principal amount, amount due, tenor, and status.
3. Click on a loan to view the loan details below:
   • Borrower’s details
   • Education and Employment details
   • Documents
   • Loan details
   • Decision data
   • Loan schedule
   • Transaction history
