How to delete a Lien

Liens are often created when transactions encounter issues and blocking funds. But these liens can also be a source of frustration for your customers and you.  To learn more about how liens work – How lien works

As a Super Admin on the Lendsqr admin console, you can now delete liens effectively and here is a guide on how you can do that. 

1.  Follow the steps here – in order to locate a user whose lien you would like to delete.
2. Scroll down to the “Liens” section
3. For Liens that can be deleted, you will see the more options (three dots) button next to the lien
4. Click on the button and select “Delete”.

       5. Click on the “Yes, Delete” button to confirm lien deletion.

You can only delete a lien if you have the Super Admin role.
