An abandoned loan is a loan request in which a customer has received a loan offer but refused to accept it or delayed in accepting it. The system would automatically mark these loans as abandoned.
A loan request is also marked as abandoned in the event that a user attempts to apply for a loan but quits without duly completing or cancelling the loan application process after being deemed eligible.
