Understanding a Customer’s Profile Page

There are eight sections under a Customer’s profile page which are:

  1. General Details 
  2. Bank Details
  3. Transactions
  4. Documents 
  5. Logs
  6. Loans
  7. Savings
  8. Referrals

Upon landing on a Customer’s profile page, you are taken directly to the ‘General Details’ section.

The following details are also shown at the top of a user’s profile;

  • Customer’s selfie
  • Full name
  • User ID
  • Wallet balance
  • Virtual account details 
  • Payment link
